Transaction Support


This page provides basic information, guidelines and troubleshooting steps for NAAO donation/registration system.

Since NAAO has not been registered yet, we are not able to use payment gateways. This also means that we do not have automatic transaction status updates. We are collecting the payments in our NAAO account through dynamically generated UPI QR codes. Transaction status is manually updated by an admin and can take upto 24 hours to reflect on the dashboard. Please bear with us.

Steps to register for Annual Meet

  • Navigate to
  • Search your name.
  • If your name appears in the list, click on it, else click on “New User Registration”.
  • Fill in the personal details (Name, School etc.) if you are a new user.
  • Select “Yes” for “Book your seat?”.
  • Optionally, select the number of guests accompanying you.
  • Select the number of veg meals required. Non-veg meal count is auto-updated.
  • Optionally, add the number of t-shirts required for the desired sizes.
  • Optionally, add any donation amount you wish.
  • Verify all details are correct.
  • Click pay.
  • You will be taken to a page with an UPI QR code.
  • Touch the QR code to open the default UPI app on your phone. If you have open the page on a device without UPI apps, please scan the QR code from your desired application.
  • Once you make the payment, click on “Confirm Payment”.
  • You will be notified via email when the admin approves the transaction
